Our Mission Statement

The Morgan County Coalition for Literacy (MCCL) is a non-profit organization established in 2006 and has the following aims: to promote the rights and responsibilities of Morgan County citizens to be able to function at an adequate literacy level; to recruit, train, and support volunteer tutors; and to increase awareness of problems associated with low levels of literacy and to promote a culture of literacy in Morgan County.
